UGL Dispatch Services was established in Batroun, Lebanon in 2022 to provide dispatch and administrative support to trucking operations in the United States. A second office opened in Amman, Jordan in 2025. The company now employs more than one hundred people across four departments.

The work
Dispatch and back office
The company operates the dispatch desk and the administrative functions behind trucking operations in the United States: booking loads and negotiating rates, maintaining federal safety and compliance records, processing driver settlements and factoring submissions, and reporting on operational performance.
Because United States trucking operates continuously, the dispatch desk is staffed in shifts across all American time zones rather than during local office hours.
How it is organized
Four departments
Work is divided between Logistics and Dispatch, Audit and Compliance, Human Resources, and Facility and Maintenance. Each department is staffed in-house at both offices rather than subcontracted, which is what allows records and decisions to pass directly between them.
Where it operates
Lebanon and Jordan
The head office is in Batroun, on the Lebanese coast north of Beirut. The Amman branch opened in 2025 and operates as part of the same structure rather than as a separate business, with staff in both locations working the same shift pattern and the same procedures.
