You will be on the phone and in writing with American drivers and brokers. Fluent, confident English is the job, not a bonus.

US trucking has its own rules — FMCSA, CSA scores, hours of service, load boards. Most people arrive knowing none of it and are taught.

The desk itself
Booking loads, planning routes against drivers' available hours, and staying with a truck from pickup to delivery. This is the team a driver reaches at any hour of the day or night.

The department that keeps a carrier legal
Watching safety scores, answering roadside inspections, auditing driver files and hours-of-service records, and finding the problem before an American regulator does. Detail work with real consequences attached.

Hiring and holding onto people
Recruitment, onboarding, contracts and performance across both offices — for a company that is still growing in two countries.
