UGL Dispatch Services — home Careers

Careers / Batroun & Amman

American logistics,
from here.

Over a hundred people in Lebanon and Jordan run dispatch, safety, settlements and staffing for trucking across the United States. The work is real operational responsibility on American hours — and it is a trade you can build a career in, not a seat you fill.

Before you apply

What the work actually involves.

Worth being straight about, so nobody arrives surprised.

  • 01

    American hours

The desk covers US time zones around the clock, which means shift work. Some of it is evenings and nights.

  • 02

    English, all day

You will be on the phone and in writing with American drivers and brokers. Fluent, confident English is the job, not a bonus.

  • 03

    A real industry to learn

US trucking has its own rules — FMCSA, CSA scores, hours of service, load boards. Most people arrive knowing none of it and are taught.

  • 04

    Decisions, not scripts

A coordinator judges which load to take and what it should pay. The role carries decisions, not a script.

The departments

Four departments, and what sits in each.

Not every role is open at every moment. If one fits you and is not listed as open, write anyway — the teams grow, and applications get kept.

Dispatch & Logistics

The desk itself

Booking loads, planning routes against drivers' available hours, and staying with a truck from pickup to delivery. This is the team a driver reaches at any hour of the day or night.

  • Dispatch Coordinator
  • Route Optimization Specialist
  • Fleet Manager
  • Logistics Analyst

Safety, Audit & Compliance

The department that keeps a carrier legal

Watching safety scores, answering roadside inspections, auditing driver files and hours-of-service records, and finding the problem before an American regulator does. Detail work with real consequences attached.

  • Compliance Officer
  • Internal Auditor
  • Quality Control Analyst
  • Operational Evaluator
  • Risk Management Specialist

Human Resources

Hiring and holding onto people

Recruitment, onboarding, contracts and performance across both offices — for a company that is still growing in two countries.

  • Recruitment Specialist
  • Onboarding Coordinator
  • Contract Administrator
  • HR Generalist
  • Performance Analyst

Facility & Maintenance

Keeping the offices running

Premises, equipment, assets and technical support across Batroun and Amman — the reason the other three departments can work uninterrupted through every shift, including overnight.

  • Facility Manager
  • Maintenance Planner
  • Asset Inventory Specialist
  • Technical Support Coordinator

Applying

Send a CV and say which department.

No form, no account to create. An email reaches a person.

What to send

A CV, the department you are aiming at, and which office suits you — Batroun or Amman. If you have worked US hours before, say so; if you have not, say that too. Neither one disqualifies you.

Where to send it

Straight to the HR department. Put the role in the subject line so it reaches the right desk rather than the general pile.
